For a person that is type 2 diabetic with no health insurance. Thank god I found this place! Staff is always upbeat and happy. All my MAs and Nurses have been great! Not to mention they work off a sliding scale. Making it affordable for people without health insurance. They even have their own pharmacy, which i use now. Instead of walgreens. MUCH better prices. Thank you!

I have been with this evara at Pinellas Park for two years when my baby born, and I have never experienced any bad service from them. They have always provided excellent service, which is why I gave them a five-star rating.

. Beside losing my iPhone in the parking lot. They Normally really try to make everything as easy as possible. From the front desk and flexible with emergency walk ins & sliding scale. Everything in one place. I use them often they even have wifi and pharmacy!! Wonderful women health! Doctor Greenberg is the absolute BEST he's been very helpful with making every appointment not such a worry. Answers every one of my 100 question! Definitely will be going back. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE MAYBE SEES THIS AND HAS FOUND MY IPHONE 13

The Evara Health in Pinellas Park needs to do a better job at checking messages and the medications page on their patient portal. I requested a refill of sildenafil on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The portal says you may have to wait up to 48 hours for a response. I had enough of this breathing medication to last until Friday, which is 48 hours from the time I had requested it. Here it is Monday, June 1, 2026 and my request to have my medication refilled was once again ignored. I need this medication to help me breathe. The staff at my pulmonologist office made sure that I had my medication the same day that I asked for it. I have had multiple messages and medication requests that have been ignored in the past by Evara. Their patients deserve better care and attention than being ignored. Another thing that I don't like about Evara as a whole is the fact that when you call, you get a customer service rep instead of talking directly to the people in the office that you go to. It's really ashame that you need a third party to send a message to your doctor. on the positive side, the staff and the doctor that I see are very cordial and professional.

Actual care and caregivers have been great. But, i would recommend against this company. It is impossible to contact them. There is NO WAY to get past the call center and they lie to you. On 3 occasions i have been time that a clinic representative would call me and each time it was a lie. Now i am on hold and have been time repeatedly that the only way to verify if they will take my insurance is to go to the appointment to find out. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! And now I find out after over 30 minutes on the phone that the representative from the call center is unable to verify if my insurance will be accepted and he's also unable to verify what the sliding scale fee will be. So my only option is to take a day off of work and drive the 20 mi to the center to be told what the sliding scale will be and at that point after taking the day off of work I can decide whether I can afford it or not. This is the worst healthcare customer service that I have ever experienced. For this reason alone I would never recommend anybody I love to use their services
